Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Lumen Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in Sacramento with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
