Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Thistle Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
