Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Lumen Lakeside Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Sacramento, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
