Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Richmond, VA)

Bright Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Richmond, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
