Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Harbor Arts Center is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
