Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Richmond, VA)

Fernwood West Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Richmond, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
