Clearpath Orchard Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
