Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Reno, NV)

Silverline River Water Authority Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
