Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Reno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 779 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
