Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group is a Reno company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
