Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Reno, NV)

Fernwood Ashton Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Reno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
