Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Stonegate Loom Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Wichita region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
