Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Nova Union Inspection Services is an inspection company in San Jose with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
