Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Rivermark Oak Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of San Jose, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
