Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Westbrook Umber Health is a healthcare provider in Denver with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
