Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its San Jose plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 348 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
