Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Antonio focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. We invest in training. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
