Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Summit Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around St. Louis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
