Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Clearpath Thistle Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
