Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Redstone Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 372 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
