Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Loom Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
