Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Redstone Cross Health is a healthcare provider in San Antonio with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 234 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
