Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
