Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Bright Basin Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
