Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Ironwood Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 817 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification.
