Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Redstone Quarry Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
