Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Madison producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
