Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
