Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Foxglove Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
