Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Memphis working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
