Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
