Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Atlanta, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
