Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Silverline Pike Pharma Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
