Harborlight Iron Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
