Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Loom Medical Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
