Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Foxglove Sable Manufacturing makes precision components in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
