Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Amberfield Umber Health Group is a healthcare provider in San Jose with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 259 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
