Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Lumen Thistle Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around San Antonio. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
