Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Summit Junction Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
