Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Harborlight Willow Construction is a Jacksonville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
