Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Highbridge Nest Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
