Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Summit Sable Manufacturing is a Virginia Beach manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
