Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Clearpath Summit Manufacturing is a Baltimore manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
