Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Greenridge Loom Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Cincinnati, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
