Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Silverline Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tucson region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
