Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Lumen Pike Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Knoxville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
