Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Highbridge Haven Auto Group is a Knoxville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
