Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Bright Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Sacramento, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 549 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
