Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Ironwood Corner Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
