Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Lumen Orchard Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
